For The Rutgers Wrestling Wrecking Crew.
Due to RU Camps the next 2 weeks, your schedule is as follows:
– Must attend 2 workouts each week minimum
– Choose a time and arrive ON time, on the hour
– Hours are: Monday – Thursday 4 – 7 PM, Friday 3 – 6 PM
You will train WITH the group at that time following the workout listed on the board.

PS: For the wrestlers who slack off in the summer and don’t do anything EXTRA (I am still confused that I have to call workouts “Extra Training” – I thought working out was “normal” – Guess I’m NOT normal)
