Schedule

Our schedule is subject to change at different times during the year.

In the Summer we add morning sessions 2 – 3 x week at 9 AM depending on Coach availability.

Adult semi private groups are organized according to a as needs basis. 

Current Manasquan Underground Strength Gym Schedule:

Monday & Wednesday: 5 & 6 PM

Tuesday & Thursday: 4, 5, 6 PM

Friday: 4 & 5 PM

Saturday: 9 AM
