Our schedule is subject to change at different times during the year, mainly the Summer when we add morning sessions on the weekdays.
In the Summer we add morning sessions 2 – 3 x week at 9 AM depending on Coach availability.
We also have times for 1 on 1 training that are held outside of the group training schedule.
Adult semi private groups are organized according to a as needs basis.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 4, 5, 6 PM
Wednesday: 5 & 6 PM
Friday: 4 & 5 PM
Saturday: 9 AM
