Our schedule is subject to change at different times during the year, mainly during the Summer when we add morning sessions on the weekdays for athletes.
During the Summer, we add Athlete morning sessions Monday – Thursday.
We also have times for Personal Training that are held outside of the group training schedule for Adults and Athletes.
