What started in 2007 is STILL going strong every year where we benefit a cancer foundation and a Navy SEAL foundation.

We equally split ALL donations between Wade’s Army and The SEAL Legacy Foundation.

– Middle School Boys & Girls: MedBall Shouldering x 30 Seconds (Girls 30 lbs / Boys 45 lbs)

– High School Boys: Trap Bar Deadlift

– Men’s & Women’s Open (High School Grad): Deadlift

– Master’s Men Age 40+ : Trap Bar Deadlift 

Donations can be given at the door (Cash, Check or Venmo)
