It’s been a while since sharing a compilation of our training so this is a good look inside just SOME of what we do.
The details can not be pulled from this Video and every workout is different.
So when a Coach tells other people “We do everything they do at The Underground” my response is simple….
“NO. Not even on our worst day do you come close to what we do here. Not even close.”
Each athlete gets a unique approach to push them to the next level.
Mediocrity sucks, Excellence is what is expected every single training session, not just from our athletes, but from myself and my coaches.

If you think this is what’s happening at your son’s high school weight room you are greatly mistaken.
Some parents prefer convenience and cheaper prices instead of excellence.
Stand for something or fall for anything.
Unfortunately, there are LOTS of teachers and sport coaches pretending to be Strength Coaches, BUT, there are NO Strength Coaches pretending to be a Football, Soccer, Baseball (ANY sport) Coach.
My job is to build stronger, tougher, faster, more explosive, more resilient, more confident athletes.
The Sports Coach has his / her duties.
In addition, The Coach must be a Mentor, whether he wants to or not, he is a Mentor. So if you’re a Coach who is NOT representing something a young athlete can aspire to learn from then step down.
The kids are # 1.
I have a problem with Coaches who have big egos and don’t care for the true success of the athletes on and off the competitive arena.
