At The Underground Strength Gym we don’t need fancy equipment or a BIG gym to impress people or fake our way into getting results.

We get results the old fashioned way integrated with results driven strength, speed and conditioning methods. Check out Dillon, after training with Coach Riz. The kid weighs 170 lbs and deadlifts over 500 lbs, climbs the beam and ropes with an added 20 lbs of swinging chains.
