Manasquan & Edison Gym: KEY Nutrition Tips for Our Athletes
Above, Brian “Curls” Pascal training out of The Garage days of The Underground Strength Gym.
He would wake up and eat 8 eggs, 4 whites and 4 yolks. He would also have a bowl of oatmeal AND a protein shake! That was his breakfast 7 days a week, not just on weekends.
At school, he would have a protein shake before lunch. At lunch he would eat 2 turkey sandwiches pus 2 pieces of fruit.
After school through the afternoon, evening and night, he had dinner left overs, dinner and again dinner left overs. Foods like steak, chicken, rice, pasta, salad, potatoes, etc.

Most athletes are being straight up LAZY and will starve instead of getting up and heating up their food or making themselves a turkey sandwich. That attitude will obviously get you nowhere and I am confused by such apathy but I guess this is “The Human Food Chain”.
You choose to be Predator or Prey.
