District results AND titles are rolling in.

I was away in Miami speaking at The annual CrossFit Affiliate Gathering, I’m bring back some deadly new training methods and motivation!

I got a few results via facebook and text messages…. MORE results to come lata!

In District 19:

Derek DeLaCruz 1st

Ray DeLaNuez 1st

CJ Hart (winning in Triple OT AND defeating the 1st Seed!!) 1st

Devon Coates 2nd

I am awaiting results from our other BEASTS.
